Down 1.4 today! I know I was having bigger loses before but as I have also done before the first week I will drop big thats normal so I am takin this loss and I am very happy with my week! I have lost 10 inches since starting back up yayyyyyy....LOVE LOVE LOVE MY www.affordablehcgdiet.com!
Breakfast was a peice a bacon and an egg :)
Lunch was a chicken salad with cucumbers and maters :)
Supper will more than likley be a grilled chicken breast and some asparagus
Followed by my apple of course :)
I wanna thank all of my supporters and motivators without yall I wouldnt be able to keep truckin!
