Well I was only down a pound today but Ill take that and I know what it was, I baught these water flavored drops from walmart that said sweetened with stevia....and 3 days later I am looking at the bottle this am and noticed suloclose was in the fine print I didnt see....so AWAY they went I gave them all to my kids! Ordered me some Capella drops yayyyyyyy cant wait to try them!
Today is gonna be a good day! Started off with my bacon and egg yummmmmy
Lunch I will make a grilled chicken salad and use lime juice as my dressing :)
Not sure yet what I am cooking for dinner lol I am lookin at my cook book to decide :)
