VLCD Day 7...TEST DAY FOR SURE!

Woke up this morning with a 1.5 pound loss :) very satisfied with myself! Today was a rough day for me, this morning my mom got rushed to the er with a mini stroke and was admitted in the hospital so its been a very fast paced day BUTTTTTTTTTT I didnt let the stress make me cheat like I did before, we were at the hospital and  I went down to the Subway and bought 1 hard boiled egg and 1 piece a bacon, they thought I was a lil wiered but then I explained it and ended up handin out 3 cards :) yayyyyyy! Hopefully they will order and thatll be three referrals for me and at www.affordablehcgdiet.com we have a referral program, send 3 buyin customers that purchase the HCG and get a free bottle for your self! so anyway I ate that and then me and my Dad went to Grandys for lunch were I had a salad :) and no dressing, I kinda liked it without dressing, and my dad (on the diet as well) had a grilled chicken salad we BOTH stayed strong today which is a big plus! Got home about an hour and a half ago and made me some grilled chicken and chopped into chunks and sauteed it in Walden Farms garlic and herb sauce over some miracle noodles YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMY! On the way home I scored HUGE at drug emporium on the Walden farms products yayyyyyyy made me some choco-strawberry and choco caramel frozen goodies cant wait to try them in the am!
