VLCD Day 6....Goin Strong!

Day 6 I dropped 2 pounds which made me reach my 20 pound goal for the week :) I was super stoked! Yayyyyyy!

Alot of you are asking what is on my menu...I always include my daily menu in my blog :) so please feel free to look all you want :) thats why I post it to help everyone and myself out, This is my first week, I will lose big numbers this week and it will gradually slow down to bout 1-2 pounds a day....I always lose big on my first week or 2 :) I am staying on STRICT PROTOCOL no adding anything or changing around the sheet, which I am very guilty of doing on some of my rounds.....I only eat whats allowed and drink whats allowed...if its not on the sheet I dont eat or drink it lol...

Breakfast was 1 piece of bacon and 1 scrambled egg... started drinking my water for the day

Lunch I was soooooooooooo proud of myself! Me and my friend went to get lunch after she did my hair, and we went to a mexican food place MY FAV at that! And There sat the chips and hot sauce that I seriously belive are the best around! And I didnt touch not one! And these are the best, very addicting I know! lol....Ordered me a salad with tomato's and cucumbers and onions and asked teh cook to cook my chicken with no oil and they did! I was tested today....I tested myself, and I overcame the want to cheat! I am very proud of myself!

Dinner I had a grilled chicken breast and some cucumbers and onion with a lil acv and salt and -pepper and it was deeeeelish! And then ate my apple :)

I have peed all dang day lmao so I am sure I will be up all night peeing but the more I pee the better haha
