Well I woke up to a 1 pound loss finally! My stressfull days are far from over but I have to think about my health! So today went a lil easier I did manage to eat and I believe ill get all my cals in yayyyyyy!
Breakfast was my yummy bacon and egg
lunch was seared tuna patty with chives and my strawberries
Supper is broccoli chicken with alfredo sauce from walden farms! PURE YUMMYNESS!
And of course my apple before bed! :) I know the past week was a trial, and I am happy to report I didnt cheat what so everrrrr!!! I can do this and I WILL!!
