Day 2 of loading, and I am so full I dont wanna eat anymore! This load round I am doing more fatty stuff and high in protein and less sugary stuff and Im actually getting a feelin I am going to do this RIGHT this time!
For breakfast I had 5 pieces of bacon 2 fried eggs and hasbrowns with toast....
For lunch me and the hubby went to my fav mexican food restraunt and I had 2 sour cream chicken enchiladas and some rice and beans and chips and hot sauce
I am making homeade chicken strips and gravy and mashed taters for dinner tonight and I WILL NEVER BE SO GLAD TO GET THIS LOADING OVER WITH! lol...
Tomorrow starts my 500 cal day I am so super excited! I am so ready to do this! And be on my way to the better me I know I can be! :)
