Well well...I want to start off by saying I have been on this diet a lil over a year now and I have lost 180 pounds! I have had a few ups and downs and with the holidays, gained a lil back...but that was my stupidity 100%....I am back on track loading today with my favorite foods and loading tomorrow! I am determined to get to my goal weight before to awful long...I have come so far and I wont let anything bring me down...
I had 2 inches of fat around my heart, on diabetic meds and heart meds, I was 431 pounds and very unhealthy! I have 4 boys that I need to be a big part of there life and I cant laying up in bed in pain because I am overweight!
This diet has truley changed my life and my way of eating! I am very proud of myself and very proud of the person I am today and who I will be once I reach my goal! I couldnt of done it without the support from www.affordablehcgdiet.com!
