I am down 3 more pounds, a total of 13.2 this week! I am super duper happy! I have struggled with this weight issue for everrrrrr and I am so glad to be back on the loser train! I wont give up, I cant give up! I have all my supporters, my family, my friends, and my support group at www.affordablehcgdiet.com! I am so truley blessed for all of them!
Breakfast was-bacon and egg and of course my drops and some water
Lunch was- a shrimp salad with WF chipoltele ranch and an orange
Dinner will be- HCG meatloaf and somemore of my creamy mashed taters (cauliflower) I am sooooo addicted to now! I dr'd it up and now I love that stuff! Its funny it doesnt even taste like cauliflower!
I also dont eat after 7 where I was before, and I think thats helped alot....my goal for this week will be 15 pounds, I hope to reach it and I know I can :)
You can absolutely reach that goal!!! You can do anything!!!!
