Woke up with a 4.2 pound loss! I so didnt see that coming at all but I sure aint complaining! Started my AME today and I have to say the energy and hunger control is awesomeeeeee!! I am loving the combo! The cravings I had before have not even been in the picture today!
Breakfast was of course my bacon and egg
around 11-12 my mail man braught my ame so I instantly started that, My energy is ahhhhhhmazing!
I didnt eat lunch lol because I was so busy cleaning with all the energy I had lol
so I doubled up on dinner with chicken asparagus radish stir fry! it was yummy! I will eat my apple in about an hour! I have been drinkin water allllllll day! I feel great today! I hope the scale is good to me in the morning!
