Well I woke up to a 1.4 pound loss, and TOM blahhhhh....I started to cry this morning and wanted to just gorge myself, in anything and everything, but my wonderful HUSBAND helped me threw it and I was only weak for about 5 minutes and then I 'WOMAN UP'D' and said Jennifer, you are NOT giving up and wont! So what lil monthly thing gets you down, you got this Jennifer! And I was so much better!
Breakfast was my yummy bacon and egg
Lunch was a Cajun fajita grilled chicken salad with walden Farms sweet onion dressing it was sooooo good!
Dinner I am making a Hamburger patty with homeade hot sauce mixed in it and spices and some yummy asparagus, I do good with asparagus
ANDDDDDDDDDDDDD I found my Honey Crisps Apples at Walmart they are my FAVVVVV! Gonna bake me some with cinnamon on it yummmmy!
I want to again thank everyone at www.affordablehcgdiet.com for all my support and motivation! I couldnt do this without you all! FYI I am stocked up on midol. It helps majorly with water gain during TOM!
