Day 2, down 5.6 pounds yayyyyyy! I am very very impressed with the outcome of the scale this am!
Today for breakfast I made me and shawn bacon and eggs and him toast :) and I had my 1 peice of bacon and an egg! It was yummy!
Lunch was a grilled southwest chicken salad, of which I put wayyyy to much cyanne pepper in whew we was that hot! Had me an orange just now and for supper I am cooking a grilled chicken breast with lime and some sauted dikon radishes and a piece of grissini bread :)
I must say I am totally in a different frame of mind this round, I am not letting any stress get to me and not letting anything stand in my way of the new me thats in the making!

How do you cook radishes??? I bought a bunch but don't like them, do they taste different cooked?
